This model is part of the Arlington Series, a collection of exact replicas of selected carriages from Arlington Court, a historic estate in North Devon now owned by the National Trust. The original full-sized carriages, once belonging to the Bute family, were donated by the National Museum of Wales and painstakingly restored by Homewood himself. Drawing on his deep familiarity with these carriages, Homewood created this miniature as part of a strictly limited edition of just 50 pieces worldwide, this model being number 23.
